DESCRIPTION: 

K Answering Machine (kam) is a frontend for the vbox package (ISDN
answering machine). It displays your voice mail inbox and allows you
to play and delete messages.



REQUIREMENTS:

vbox 1.1 - ISDN voice box package for Linux 
	   (see a note on version 2b4 below)

pvftools - more specific the "auplay" script.
	   This is included in the vbox-1.1-1 PRM
	   packaged by SuSE.


INSTALLATION:

Do

./configure && make

in the toplevel directory (the one this README files in) and as root

make install

to copy the files to your KDE directory. "kam" is also fully functional if
started from the directory it was compiled in.

untarred directory) or in your KDE help directory after installation.
